We are hiring a DEVELOPMENT MANAGER.
Overview: the Development Manager is responsible for supporting the Development Circle (alongside the Executive Director and Administrative Director) in fundraising, donor relations, grant writing, grant administration, and other development administrative tasks.
Starting: July, 2026
Classification: Exempt, Part-Time
Location: Mostly remote, with travel to the Mid-Hudson Valley required for occasional in-person meetings and events.
Days and Hours: approx 30 hours per week, flexible scheduling. Occasional weekends and evenings required.
Salary and Benefits: Annual salary of $63,564. Health Reimbursement Account (QSEHRA) of $400 (Individual) or $1000 (with dependents) / month. Annual Technology and Equipment Stipend of $250. Fifteen days of flexible paid time off per year, plus two weeks of paid holiday break at year end.
Goals: As a key member of the Development Circle, this person will support the development and execution of strategies to 1) maintain the 2027 base operating budget of $800,000, 2) to build an organizational reserve of $150,000, and 3) to grow the 2028 budget by 25%.
