Sweet Freedom Farm is the primary program of a 501c3 charitable non-profit organization called The Freedom Food Alliance Incorporated, which was founded in 2011 and officially incorporated in 2016. The Alliance’s mission is to use food and farmland as organizing tools for ending mass incarceration and food apartheid. We pursue this mission by building mutual aid programs, land based education, and networks of farmers, educators, organizers, and directly impacted people. We are New York based and focused, and have organized at this intersection for nearly 15 years.

General donations can be made online via Donorbox, or by mailing a check made out to The Freedom Food Alliance Inc. to 4872 State Route 9G, Germantown, NY 12526. Please include with your check an address to which a donor recognition letter may be mailed. Note that checks made out to Sweet Freedom Farm cannot be deposited at this time (we’re working on that!).
